Developed by the Ohio Department of Higher Education and powered by the Ohio Supercomputer Center, the Universe of Opportunity is an immersive virtual reality experience that allows students and families to explore Ohio’s postsecondary institutions in a fun, interactive way.

After descending from a space station above Planet Ohio, players traverse a map of all 170+ college, university and technical center campuses in Ohio.

This activity is appropriate for players of all ages:

• Elementary-age children dreaming about their futures
• High schoolers beginning their college search
• Adult students exploring nearby opportunities for career development
• Guidance counselors and teachers helping their students consider options
• Parents and families encouraging their students to reach higher
• Alumni reminiscing about their time on campus
